These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the veneris.io website (the “Site”) operated by Veneris Tech LLC (“Veneris”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to the Site only and do not constitute a services agreement. If you engage Veneris for services, those will be governed by a separate written agreement.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, audio clips, and software — is the property of Veneris Tech LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view and print pages from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

2. Permitted Use

You may access the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial informational purposes, including:

  • Learning about Veneris and its services
  • Submitting an enquiry or booking a consultation
  • Reading our blog and published content

3. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Scrape, crawl, harvest, or otherwise extract data from the Site using automated means without our prior written consent
  • Use the Site to transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology forming part of the Site
  • Impersonate Veneris, any Veneris employee, or any other person or entity
  • Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or the experience of other users

4. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We make no representations about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of Site content. Information on the Site is subject to change without notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the State of Wyoming, Veneris Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to USD $100.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Veneris has no control over the content or practices of third-party sites and accepts no responsibility or liability for them. Inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

7. Modifications to the Site and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date above indicates when this document was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in Sheridan County, Wyoming. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

You agree to bring any claim within one (1) year of when it arose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
