When you browse veneris.io, we may collect: pages visited, time on page, referral source, browser type and version, operating system, and a truncated IP address (last octet removed). This data is used in aggregate to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.

We share data only with the following service providers:

  • Vercel Inc (website hosting, USA) — your data may be processed on Vercel’s infrastructure. Transfers are made under Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
  • Analytics providers — only where you have consented to analytics cookies, and only aggregate, anonymised data is shared.

We may also disclose personal data to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our terms, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Veneris or others.

7. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions: up to 2 years from the date of last contact
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months
  • Financial and legal records: 7 years as required by applicable law

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact privacy@veneris.io and we will delete it promptly.
